Printing & Reprint Policy

At Homeschool Printing Services, we take pride in producing high-quality printed materials. Please review the following policy carefully before placing your order.

Reprints Due to Our Error

If a printing issue occurs as a direct result of our mistake (for example: incorrect printing, binding errors, or damage caused during our production process), we will cover the cost of a full reprint of the affected item at no charge.

We may request photos or documentation to verify the issue before approving a reprint.

Customer File & Selection Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring that:

  • The correct file is uploaded
  • All printing options (size, binding, color, paper type, etc.) are selected accurately

If an issue arises due to:

  • An incorrect or incomplete file upload
  • Incorrect printing selections made at checkout

the order is not eligible for a free reprint.

However, at our discretion, we may offer a discounted reprint as a courtesy. In these cases:

  • The customer is responsible for all shipping costs
  • Discounted reprints are not guaranteed and are evaluated case-by-case

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are never refundable.
If a reprint is approved (whether free or discounted), the customer will be responsible for shipping unless the error was confirmed to be ours.

Refunds & Replacements

We do not offer refunds on printed products.

  • No refunds are issued for any reason
  • Approved issues are resolved through replacement only, per the guidelines above

Because all items are custom-printed, once an order has entered production it cannot be canceled or refunded.
